After School club for children attending St Mary Redcliffe and Victoria Park Primary Schools. We collect from Reception to year 6 (4 to 11 year olds) from School and are open until 6pm . Holiday club is open to all schools for children between the ages of 4 ,(reception age and above),to 11 years.
How much does it cost?
The basic rate is:
£10.50 AFTER SCHOOL CLUB
£14 HALF DAY HOLIDAY SESSION
£25.90 FULL DAY HOLIDAY SESSION

We operate a standard late fee system of £1.00 per child per additional 5 minutes for any children that have not been collected by 6pm.

Do I need to register first?
Yes. Registration costs £10.00 per family. This is a one off fee upon registering. Parents/carers are able to register their children via our online booking system, Magic Bookings. We cannot accept children at the play scheme without an up to date Registration and will not pick up children from school whom we have not met. You are able to bring your child/children into Moose to introduce them to the staff and to get a visual of our scheme. This is not a settling in session and should take around 15-20 minutes. We find this important as it is an opportunity to also introduce your child/children to the staff.

Bookings can also be made via email (once registered). Please email Sam who will confirm we have received the request and then get back to you. Sometimes we are able to cater for last minute bookings should a childcare/work/family emergency occur. Do email to enquire if there are any last minute availabilities.
There is no minimum booking requirement.

How and when should I pay?
All sessions should be paid for in advance. You can pay by card or by Childcare Vouchers (available through many employers) or by the Tax Free Childcare payment method. Bookings can be paid for by card via Magic Bookings . We also have the option for parents to select a partial payment/instalments.
You can book ahead without paying up front, but you must pay before the session date.
What about cancellations?
Cancellations need 7+ days notice in order to receive a refund on the account for the session. If you cancel a session in under 7 days, you will still be charged for that session.
What is the procedure for collecting my child?
Please call when you have arrived outside the premises and a staff member will come out to greet you and inform you of any queries. A member of staff will then sign out your child/children. We must be informed directly if you have arranged for somebody else to pick up your child. You can add another collector/collectors to the system when registering your child/children.
